I use ACT to help you get unstuck from unhelpful patterns and relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. For insomnia, I specialize in CBT-I, which improves sleep by targeting the patterns that keep insomnia going. As needed, we may also use breathing and mind-body techniques.
CBT-I is a short-term treatment, with many people noticing improvement within 4–6 weeks and can be done alongside your current care if you already have a therapist.
